Return Policy

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account and go to the "My Orders" page.
2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return and click "Request Return".
3. Follow the instructions to print your prepaid return shipping label (if applicable) or to find the nearest drop-off point.
4. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the carrier location.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
